What You’ll Do

This entry-level Account Manager role is a fast-paced, client-facing sales position focused on representing our Confidential Client’s brands, driving customer acquisition, and building long-term relationships. This is a performance-driven role with hands-on training and clear advancement for high performers.

• Represent Confidential Client brands professionally in face-to-face customer interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive customer acquisition and help expand market reach within assigned territories
• Learn and execute proven sales and marketing strategies and scripts
• Track performance metrics and meet personal and team sales goals

• At least 2 years of experience working one-on-one with people (customer service, retail, coaching, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Must be living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for consideration

Compensation & Benefits

We share the compensation details included by the Confidential Client.

• Estimated base pay: $55,690 per year (estimated)
• Uncapped commissions — Confidential Client reports first-year commission averages of $65,000–$85,000+ for strong performers (actual pay varies by performance)
• Hands-on sales training from experienced leaders (no prior sales experience required)
