What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support sales and marketing initiatives at retail locations in the Atlanta area. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role focused on product promotion, customer engagement, and supporting the sales team.
- Introduce and promote products and services to customers in assigned retail locations
- Engage with customers to understand needs and provide accurate product information
- Assist the sales team with daily activities and help achieve sales objectives
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement campaigns
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships to drive repeat engagement
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and promotional details
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to coordinate in-store activity
- Travel locally to assigned retail locations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with basic sales methods and customer engagement techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop sales/marketing skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
