What You’ll Do

• Work with inbound, pre-screened leads — no cold calling
• Consult with clients by phone to understand financial goals and recommend solutions
• Educate customers on available products and guide them through the application/closing process
• Analyze basic financial and credit information to determine appropriate next steps
• Manage communication via phone, email, and CRM to keep records accurate and activity timely
• Collect required documentation and ensure a smooth process from initial conversation through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Coachable with a desire to learn and improve quickly
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks concurrently
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in an on-site, team-driven environment
