Position overview
Confidential Client is seeking compassionate, entry-level ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinicians to serve as Behavior Technicians supporting children with neurodevelopmental differences. This is a part-time, field-based role ideal for candidates who want hands-on clinical experience, paid training, and clear pathways to clinical advancement under BCBA supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
- Implement positive behavior strategies and individualized interventions developed with supervising BCBAs.
- Use evidence-based practices to drive measurable progress toward treatment goals.
- Collect and document session data accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate closely with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary specialists to support carryover across home, school, and community settings.
- Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting procedures.

- Pay range: $23.62 – $31.69 per hour, based on experience and education.
- Predictable, thoughtfully designed part-time schedules (5-, 3- or 2-day options) with opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus.
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent (candidates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees encouraged to apply).
- Comfortable traveling between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable transportation.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, strengths-based approach to care.
Schedule, Location & Employment Type
- Location: Lynn, MA (roles will serve nearby client sites).
- Employment type: PART_TIME.
- Field-based role requiring local travel; mileage and paid drive time provided as described above.
