What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and treatment outcomes
• Support ABA treatment programs across home and school settings
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors, families, and school staff to support client goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field) but not required
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance
• Spanish speakers strongly preferred
• Professional, compassionate approach with an eagerness to learn and grow in the ABA field

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Compton, CA (position serves families throughout Los Angeles County)
• Hiring across Los Angeles County, including (but not limited to) Compton (90220), Lynwood, South Gate, Bell/Bell Gardens, Huntington Park/Walnut Park, Maywood, Paramount, Bellflower, Carson, Wilmington
• Part-time to start (15–20 hours/week) with potential to increase hours based on availability and center needs
• Work includes travel between client locations — mileage and paid drive time are provided
