Join a compassionate healthcare team as an Entry Level ABA Behavior Technician supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support in in-home, clinic, or in-school settings — no prior certification required. Confidential Client provides paid training and career development so you can grow into a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if you choose.

  • Pay: $22 / hour
  • Shifts (Monday–Friday):
    • Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Part-Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Work settings: in-home, clinic, and in-school

What You’ll Do

  • Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to teach new skills, promote independence, and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy following treatment plans and data-driven protocols
  • Collect and record client progress using company tools and technology
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the care team to problem-solve and adapt services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve client outcomes

Qualifications

  • RBT certification preferred but not required — we’ll help you get certified
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving preferred — training provided if needed
  • Interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits may be required depending on assignment

Schedule & Location

This opportunity is based in Byron, MN. Daytime weekday shifts make this role a good fit for people balancing school, family, or other commitments. Assignments may be scheduled in homes, clinics, or schools depending on client needs.
