What You’ll Do

• Work on entry-level backend and/or full‑stack tasks using Java and MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
• Support small data workflows using Python and SQL for analytics and model prototyping.
• Contribute to codebases with guidance from senior engineers: write tests, fix bugs, and implement small features.
• Build and present short projects that demonstrate practical skills for hiring managers.
• Participate in team code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and learning sessions focused on interview readiness and career development.
• Learn DevOps basics (CI/CD, containerization) and collaborate with engineers across product and data teams.

Who we’re looking for

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Information Systems, or similar) OR demonstrable project experience.

• Right to work in the United States.

Compensation & employment type

• Employment type: Full‑time
• Reported base salary range (from source): $82,000 - $136,000 per year
• Role is intended as an entry / early-career hire with training and placement support.
