Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Digital Delivery Professional to support Revit applications and Autodesk Forma across life sciences and multidisciplinary design projects. This is an early-career, full-time role based in Highland Park, TX (Dallas area) focused on BIM implementation, model quality, and end-user support. You will work with project teams and senior digital delivery leaders to maintain standards, improve execution, and help teams adopt digital design tools.


What You’ll Do

  • Support BIM implementation across projects, including development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, standards, and digital delivery requirements.
  • Provide technical support to project teams: maintain Revit standards, templates, and families; troubleshoot modeling and documentation issues.
  • Conduct model quality reviews and ensure compliance with established BIM standards.
  • Support interdisciplinary coordination and model exchanges with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Assist with Autodesk Forma administration: project setup, permissions, folder structures, document management, collaboration workflows, and template maintenance.
  • Identify and help implement workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and new digital tools and practices.
  • Develop training materials, support onboarding and user adoption, and participate in coordination and collaboration meetings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in BIM, digital delivery, or design technology (internships, co‑ops and project experience count).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to following and improving standards and workflows.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Revit standards, templates, and families.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Forma (project setup and administration).
  • Understanding of BIM standards, BEPs, and project workflows.
  • Experience with Revizto or other model coordination tools.
  • Exposure to Dynamo, scripting, or automation tools to improve BIM workflows.
  • Experience on large, multidisciplinary design projects.

Compensation & Location

  • Estimated salary: $53,465 per year (estimated). This role is based in Highland Park / Dallas, TX (postal code 75219).
  • This position is full-time. Specific benefits and total compensation details will be provided by Confidential Client during the hiring process.
