Entry College Recruiter
The Entry College Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for attracting and identifying entry-level technical candidates by partnering with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with colleges, conducting recruitment events, and ensuring a diverse and continuous candidate pipeline. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Boston, with travel during fall and spring semesters to support campus recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry College Recruiter to support campus and early-career sourcing for technical entry-level roles. This hybrid role is based in Boston, MA (on-site ~2 days/week) with the ability to work remotely up to 3 days/week. You will own college relationships, event execution, candidate sourcing and end-to-end hiring support focused on entry-level technical talent.
- Attract and identify entry-level technical candidates via campus outreach, events, and targeted sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver qualified candidate slates
- Screen resumes, conduct prescreens, prepare applicants for interviews, and ensure timely candidate communication and feedback
- Maintain and grow relationships with assigned colleges, university career centers, and student organizations
- Support and help execute campus recruiting programs, career fairs, information sessions and on-campus interviews
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline using ATS, direct sourcing, networking and online research
- Track candidate activity, keep accurate ATS records, and provide regular status reports to hiring managers
- Travel to recruiting events during fall and spring semesters (travel frequency typically 20%–40%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience
- 2+ years of college/campus or entry-level recruiting experience preferred; equivalent recruiting experience considered
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing candidate pipelines
- Valid driver’s license required
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with students, hiring managers, and external partners
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Hands-on sourcing skills and creative outreach strategies to attract diverse early-career talent
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a recruiting team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desirable
Work Model, Travel & Additional Details
- Location: Boston, MA (hybrid — onsite ~2 days/week; remote up to 3 days/week)
- Travel: Approximately 20%–40% for campus visits and events (primarily fall and spring)
- Driving: Valid driver’s license required
- Visa sponsorship: Confidential Client will not support U.S. work visa sponsorship (H‑1B/TN) for this role
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: USD $27.20 — USD $43.52 per hour (pay range provided by the client for roles assigned to this location). Estimated annual figure shown on source listing: $61,206 (estimated).
- Additional compensation and benefits vary by location and candidate experience; discretionary bonuses may apply per client policies.
