What You’ll Do
Confidential Client provides ABA therapy services to children with autism. As an entry-level Autism Therapist you will work directly with children under supervision to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions that improve skills and reduce challenging behavior.
- Implement individualized ABA intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians
- Collect and record session data accurately and consistently
- Deliver one-on-one therapy and small-group instruction using prompting, reinforcement, and systematic teaching
- Follow behavior intervention plans and document progress toward goals
- Communicate respectfully and regularly with families and team members about client progress
- Participate in training, team meetings, and clinical supervision
- Maintain professional documentation and follow confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred)
- Comfortable working with children and following clinical treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail for data collection and documentation
- Reliable, professional, and able to take direction in a clinical setting
- Willingness to complete required background checks and any state-required credentials
- Enthusiasm for learning clinical skills and growing in an ABA practice
Preferred (not required):
- Coursework or prior experience related to ABA, child development, or special education
- Interest in pursuing RBT or further ABA credentials

- Estimated base pay: $65,027 per year (estimated)
