What You’ll Do

This entry-level Enterprise Strategy Analyst role at our confidential client puts you on teams advising senior executives across high-impact strategic questions. Day-to-day you will:

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear questions and analyses
  • Dig into quantitative and qualitative data to find the signal in the noise
  • Build models and synthesize insights that influence executive decisions
  • Learn and apply AI-enabled tools and accelerators to client problems
  • Communicate recommendations clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
  • Work across the strategy-to-execution arc: diagnosis, strategy design, and transformation planning

How You’ll Grow

This role is designed to stretch early-career strategists through on-the-job coaching and rapid exposure to diverse problems. You will:

  • Receive continuous feedback via an apprenticeship model
  • Build analytical, financial, and communication skills that drive credibility with clients
  • Gain experience across industries and, over time, develop deep expertise in a chosen sector or capability

Where You’ll Focus

You’ll advise large clients (including Fortune 500 and private equity-backed firms) on broad, cross-functional challenges. Example questions you’ll help answer:

  • What portfolio moves will drive growth?
  • Where should a client reallocate resources or restructure to reinvest for the future?
  • How should operations be redesigned to win under new macro or competitive dynamics?
  • How is AI changing customer behavior and product requirements?
  • How do we translate strategic bets into realized value and measurable outcomes?
  • How should workforce strategy evolve as AI reshapes roles and costs?

Required Qualifications

This entry-level opportunity is intended for current students or recent graduates who meet the requirements below:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher, OR have equivalent credentials
  • Preferred majors: Business (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance), Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial & Labor Relations) or related fields
  • Strong academic record: 3.3 cumulative GPA required; 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (example: ~100-mile radius) and be able to commute daily if required upon start date
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Compensation & Timeline

  • A reasonable estimate for this role is $105,000 per year. This estimate may be adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and other factors.
  • Recruiting for this role ends on 2026-11-01.
