Overview

Join an Enterprise Operations Development Program in Getzville, NY focused on the Homeowner Assistance Center (LM Controls, Systems Administration, and Portfolio Reporting). This full-time rotational program provides hands-on experience in Customer Asset Management (CAM), systems administration, portfolio reporting for mortgage investors, and borrower communications. The role is delivered by a Confidential Client and is ideal for early-career candidates seeking a structured rotational development path.

What You’ll Do

• Complete a series of rotations across CAM functions to gain broad operational and analytical experience.
• Support LM Controls by coordinating reviews and implementation of investor/insurer/state/federal regulation changes.
• Coordinate internal and external LM audit reviews and help close audit points.
• Draft and maintain borrower communications and support title curatives with vendors.
• Support systems administration efforts including system enhancements, scripting, reporting, access requests, and inbound/outbound service transfers.
• Produce and maintain portfolio reporting to FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private investors.
• Manage a pipeline of loans ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform loan reviews, data reconciliation, research, and routine departmental reports and analyses.
• Work in customer contact or back-office roles depending on assignment and candidate skills.
• Identify and escalate risk-related issues in accordance with Confidential Client’s risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0.
• Up to 1 year of work or internship experience (early-career candidates encouraged).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage data, produce reports, and meet regulatory controls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $29.57 - $43.99 per hour. The successful candidate’s compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location within the stated range. An estimated annual figure may be used for reference.
