Overview
Confidential Client seeks recent graduates for an entry-level Engineering Career Development (Rotational) Program. This high-visibility, three-year program includes three 12-month rotations across engineering functions (process, production, project, controls, operations and start-up). Rotations include at least one field assignment and at least one assignment at the company headquarters in Allentown, PA. Relocation assistance is provided for required moves.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in three 12-month engineering rotations to build technical and leadership skills
- Work on assignments such as process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering
- Receive mentoring and coaching from experienced engineers and leaders
- Contribute to real projects that support safe, efficient operations and capital project execution
- Rotate between field locations and the Allentown, PA headquarters to gain broad business exposure
Who We’re Looking For / Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Graduating December 2026 through August 2027 (0–2 years post-graduation experience)
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Relevant internships, co-ops, or project experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus activities
- Willingness to relocate for rotations (relocation assistance provided)
Location & Compensation
- Primary program location: Allentown, PA (rotations may also be located in the field)
- Other possible rotation locations include Houston, TX area; Chandler, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Baton Rouge, LA; Santa Clara, CA
- Estimated pay (from source): $49,263 per year (estimated)
