Program Overview
This entry-level Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a one-year, full-time rotational program that accelerates the development of early-career engineers through hands-on projects, cross-functional rotations, and mentorship. Participants complete meaningful engineering work while exploring multiple disciplines across Confidential Client’s North American operations and return to a permanent role with expanded technical skills and a broader network.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s EDP offers structured rotations, mentorship, and project ownership. As an EDP associate you will:
- Participate in a one-year rotational program across engineering and manufacturing functions
- Work on real engineering projects that impact safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency
- Use technical problem solving and data analysis to identify root cause and deliver countermeasures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and leaders to implement improvements
- Present project outcomes to leadership and receive career development coaching

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome new graduates and early-career engineers who demonstrate curiosity, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be prepared to learn across functions and contribute to manufacturing and development priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET or ATMAE accredited program
- Primary majors considered: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology (other engineering majors may be considered)
- Less than 2 years of professional engineering work experience
- 3 months of relevant co-op or internship experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available now or in the future; applicants requiring sponsorship such as F‑1 CPT/OPT, H‑1B, TN, etc. will not be considered)
