What the Role Involves
This is an entry-level Engineering Associate role in a Customer Excellence rotational program (NEXUS) designed for new graduates. Over a 6–12 month period you will rotate through Sales, Service, and Projects functions to build technical knowledge, customer-facing skills, and business acumen. The program combines hands-on work, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to prepare you for a permanent placement with the confidential client at a US-based location after successful completion.
- Support customers by answering technical inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce.
- Learn and use client tools and processes across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
- Assist customers with product selection based on requirements.
- Communicate status on pending quotes and unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous learning and apply feedback to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Internship, co-op, or practical work experience in an engineering-related or customer-facing role.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or active team-participation experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical information.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to solving problems.
