Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs defined portions of broader engineering assignments using established methods and guidance from experienced engineers
- Performs standard computations and structural analysis
- May participate in site visits or observe construction activities to support project understanding
- Submits work to the Project Manager for QA/QC review and incorporates feedback as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam — or actively in the process of obtaining it
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Ability to follow direction and work within established procedures
- Willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to engineering project work through internships, coursework, or field experience
- Interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the future
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $74,000 - $82,000 per year (as listed by the client)
