Key Responsibilities

• Perform defined portions of broader engineering assignments using established methods and guidance from experienced engineers
• Complete standard computations, technical analysis, and documentation for civil engineering projects
• Participate in site visits and observe construction activities to support project understanding
• Submit work to Project Managers for QA/QC review and incorporate feedback
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders; assist with project coordination as assigned

Qualifications

• Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, or actively preparing to take it
  • Ability to follow direction and a strong willingness to learn
• Preferred
  • Internship, coursework, or field exposure to engineering project work
  • Interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

• Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (Confidential Client)
• This posting follows applicable state and federal pay-disclosure rules for Minnesota.
