What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Engineer I / Associate Production Engineer to support engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) production at an on-site Heavy Maintenance Center. You will translate technical data into clear work instructions, support production delivery schedules, and provide technical process guidance to maintenance teams.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and repair data to support production work.
• Create, review, and approve standard work control documents for engine/module hardware.
• Provide timely workscope definitions for engine and module repairs that are clear, cost-effective, and meet customer requirements.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to investigate process breakdowns; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical disposition and support for work control document changes using approved processes and references.
• Verify configurations of engine/module hardware and provide technical assistance when discrepancies arise.
• Follow and maintain robust standard work and desktop procedures for production engineering tasks.
• Support other MRO production lines as required to meet enterprise production goals.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work 1st shift (0700–1600) and be available for additional hours or off‑hours calls as needed to support production timelines.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role due to contract/site access requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior internship, co-op, or work experience with an aerospace MRO or large engineering organization.
• Operational experience in an MRO engine facility and hands-on exposure to gas‑turbine engine processes.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to write concise, user-friendly technical work instructions.

• Role Type: Onsite (employees will work primarily on-site in production and maintenance areas).
• Security Clearance: None required.
• This position may require occasional in-person steps of the hiring process at a company office regardless of listed role type.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (good‑faith estimate): $57,200 — $108,800 USD per year (representative of all experience levels; final offer depends on role, experience, location, education, and skills).
• Eligible benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and participation in incentive programs where applicable.
• Relocation eligibility may be offered depending on business needs and candidate location.
