What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking Engineers in Civil Design to support plant operations and engineering programs. This role will be filled at Entry, Mid, or Senior levels depending on experience. Responsibilities include:

• Provide in-depth technical engineering support, analysis and design for site systems and equipment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Lead and support short- and long-term engineering programs that affect site operations.
• Prepare plans, specifications and technical documentation using standard design criteria, codes and procedures.
• Perform independent research, studies and engineering analyses to support projects and continuous improvement.
• Recommend equipment, techniques or design changes to improve performance, reduce costs, or comply with codes and regulations.
• Support outage activities, emergency response and other operational needs as required.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications vary by level:

Entry Level (E01)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear).
• Ability to meet required site access and medical/fitness screening as applicable.

Mid-Level (E02)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and approximately 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Ability to meet required site access and medical/fitness screening as applicable.

Senior (E03)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and approximately 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Ability to meet required site access and medical/fitness screening as applicable.

Preferred

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Advanced technical degree or relevant graduate coursework.

Note: candidates must be able to meet any facility-specific unescorted access and medical/fitness requirements where applicable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary ranges (annual, based on level and experience):
  • Entry-Level: $87,000
  • Mid-Level: $92,700 – $114,000
  • Senior: $122,400 – $154,000
