What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Process Engineer role supporting production at a Confidential Client manufacturing facility in Nashua, NH. The role is hands-on and focused on maintaining stable production while driving manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain stability of a production line and lead root-cause analysis for recurring production issues
  • Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and integrate solutions into a lean environment
  • Partner with suppliers and design teams to ensure producible and maintainable designs
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, program management, NPI engineering, and test engineering to resolve production problems
  • Support both office and production floor activities; document process changes and communicate impact across teams
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level process engineer experience or relevant technical training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (as required for role)
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site on second shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9145 standards is a plus
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and root-cause analysis
  • Prior experience working in a production/manufacturing environment or with supplier coordination

Schedule & Location

  • Second shift — 4x10 schedule (Monday through Thursday)
  • Shift start flexibility between approximately 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
  • This role is 100% onsite at a Confidential Client facility in Nashua, NH
  • Employment type: Contract / Full-time (per source posting)
