What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an Elementary Teacher - Pre-K in Wichita Falls, TX to deliver high-quality early childhood instruction and support student growth across intellectual, social, emotional, and physical domains.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet district curriculum requirements and show written evidence of preparation.
- Differentiate instruction and prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for varied learning styles.
- Use assessments (formal and informal) to measure student progress and adjust instruction.
- Collaborate with special education staff to modify curriculum per Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Plan and supervise teacher aides and volunteers; manage classroom activities and behavior according to district policies.
- Integrate technology and varied instructional materials to strengthen learning.
- Sponsor or support extracurricular activities as assigned and serve as a positive role model for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for the assigned Pre-K/elementary level.
- At least one year of student teaching or an approved internship.
- Must complete the "Child Abuse and Neglect Registry" request; the response must indicate the individual is not listed on the Registry.
- Ability to pass any required background checks and employment screenings.

- Knowledge of early childhood and elementary subjects and curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Comfort using classroom technology and digital tools to enhance instruction.
Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated pay: $39,865 per year (estimated).
- Employment type: Full-time (Contract).
- Regular attendance and participation in faculty meetings, professional development, and required trainings.
Working Conditions
- Frequent standing, stooping, bending, and moving classroom materials and equipment.
- Maintain emotional control under stress and ensure student safety.
- Comply with all state, district, and school regulations and emergency procedures.
