What You’ll Do
This role supports nuclear plant operations by performing engineering and technical tasks across electrical and multi-discipline projects. Work will vary by level (Entry / Mid / Senior) and may include design, review, field support, outage support, and emergency response.
- Prepare engineering products that comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements
- Perform assigned engineering and technical tasks under supervision
- Support engineering work functions, drawing reviews, and revision control
- Assist with upgrade and replacement of plant components and systems
- Support outage activities, emergency response, and departmental coverage as needed
- Collaborate across mechanical, structural, controls and electrical disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
- Present technical findings clearly to team members and stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits

Expected salary ranges by level (base, annual):
- Entry-Level (E01): $87,000
- Mid-Level (E02): $92,700 - $114,000
- Senior (E03): $122,400 - $154,000
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates may be considered at Entry, Mid, or Senior levels. Applicants must meet the specific minimum qualifications for the level they apply to.
Entry Level (E01)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
- Ability to meet site access and medical requirements for the role
Mid-Level (E02)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (same disciplines) plus a minimum of 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience
- Ability to meet site access and medical requirements for the role
Senior (E03)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (same disciplines) plus a minimum of 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience
- Ability to meet site access and medical requirements for the role
All levels must be able to satisfy unescorted access / minimum access and medical requirements as applicable to the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with transformers, high-voltage power systems, relays, motors, and control systems
- Experience managing design projects from concept through completion
- Ability to lead teams on multi-discipline projects and perform limited multi-discipline design work
- Experience with drawing review and revision processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting technical documentation
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or advanced technical degree/coursework
