What You’ll Do

This role is a hands-on Electrical Engineer position focused on compliance, product support, and electrical system design across multiple industrial product lines. You will work closely with production and mechanical teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing products.

• Ensure products meet UL, CE, ATEX, and IECEx standards across product lines
• Serve as the electrical subject-matter expert and sign certificates of conformance when required
• Design and maintain electrical systems (examples: vibrating motor systems, centrifuge systems)
• Participate in new electrical project development — design electrical panels and support production engineering
• Provide technical recommendations during R&D and pilot stages
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory and identify obsolete components with recommended replacements
• Assist with cost estimation and pricing for electrical scopes
• Support both independent work and cross-functional team initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

You are an early-career or developing electrical engineer looking to grow under strong mentorship and gain broad hands-on compliance and product-design experience.

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience with drafting and modeling tools (AutoCAD or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and time-management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and self-motivated work style
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Relocation assistance is not available
