Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team in Quivira, KS. This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000–$90,000 per year and provides hands-on mentorship from senior engineers. You will apply your academic training to design, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and control equipment used in industrial applications.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with electrical design tasks, including schematic diagrams, circuit layouts, and system models using CAD or similar engineering tools.
• Perform engineering calculations for power distribution, voltage drop, and component sizing.
• Review designs for compliance with applicable local and national electrical safety codes and standards.
• Prepare technical documentation: data sheets, test reports, and operation manuals.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on schedule and meet client requirements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
• Entry-level — 0 years of required professional experience; relevant university projects or internships are a strong plus.
• Basic familiarity with engineering/design tools such as AutoCAD LT or comparable software.
• Understanding of fundamental electrical concepts: power distribution, circuit analysis, and component selection.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
