What You’ll Do

Support hands-on design, testing, troubleshooting and integration of electronic and electro-mechanical systems focused on test, automation, and controls.

• Support testing, integration, and commissioning of electrical and control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, software, and hardware issues
• Work with instrumentation, sensors, PLCs, data acquisition, and automation tools
• Read and update electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Analyze test data and help improve system performance
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and receive mentorship

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, lab projects, or professional experience)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Passion for automation, controls, testing, and engineering innovation

Bonus Skills

Experience or exposure to:

• LabVIEW, MATLAB, Simulink, Python
• PLCs, cRIO, PXI, CAN, RS-422
• Oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems
• Test automation & controls engineering

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $42–$45 USD per hour
• Benefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, EAP, commuter benefits and a 401(k) plan (actual offerings depend on the client and eligibility).
• Paid leave where required by federal, state, or local law; holiday pay where applicable.
