  • Support environmental compliance for waste, air, stormwater, and spill prevention: inspections, compliance calendars, reporting inputs, waste profiles, manifests, LDR records, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready environmental and EHS records.
  • Lead site safety team activities: meeting schedules, agendas, action tracking, and communication of outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to translate EHS requirements into clear, practical actions for program owners and frontline teams.
  • Effective facilitation, coaching, training, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in office and manufacturing environments; routinely walk production areas, climb stairs/ladders, and wear required PPE.
  • Availability for occasional off-shift or after-hours support for incidents, audits, or regulatory activities.

Desired

  • Experience administering Gensuite or a comparable EHS management information system.
  • Experience supporting a corporate EHS standards framework or leading employee safety teams.
  • Experience with environmental compliance programs and regulated waste management.
