Role summary

Confidential Client is seeking an EHS Coordinator - Nights to support plant safety programs at their facility in Watauga, TX. This full-time, permanent night-shift role focuses on implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, conducting inspections and audits, supporting incident review and corrective actions, and delivering training. Entry-level candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and implement EHS programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and routine safety walkthroughs
• Review incidents, assist with root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Develop and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and other safety documentation
• Deliver and track safety training and toolbox talks
• Participate in safety meetings and emergency response activities
• Support risk assessments and continuous improvement of EHS programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant coursework or certifications are welcome
• Entry-level candidates encouraged; 1–3 years preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and follow through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments a plus
• Familiarity with PPE, respiratory protection, hazard communication, and JSA processes

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb and perform inspections throughout the facility
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to identify hazards and promote a strong safety mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated pay: $62,419 per year (estimated)
