What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring passionate educators for the 2026–27 school year. You’ll teach, coach, and inspire K–12 scholars using a proven curriculum and structured training program.
- Study and deliver lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards and learning goals.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to deepen student learning.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars with clear routines and high expectations.
- Assess student progress with assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback and track growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to families and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and support staff to design interventions and supports that promote scholar success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, receive in-the-moment coaching, and engage in feedback cycles.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree required before your first day of work with Confidential Client.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to student growth, equity, and high academic expectations.
- Ability to work in person in New York City.
- Teaching certification and advanced degrees are NOT required — training and curriculum are provided.

Compensation
Exact pay will vary by experience. Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD.
