Confidential Client is seeking candidates for an entry-level Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) — Electrical starting July 2027 in Louisville, KY. This three‑year rotational program provides hands‑on engineering assignments, formal technical coursework (including a company‑paid Master’s degree), and mentoring to accelerate early career development in product engineering.


How You’ll Create Possibilities

  • A three‑year, structured rotational engineering program with at least three technical assignments across product areas (e.g., Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, HVAC, Washers & Dryers).
  • Work on engineering assignments that include PCB design, testing, implementation, and small project execution.
  • Develop technical problem‑solving skills through coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Participate in a company‑sponsored Master’s degree program tailored to the Edison curriculum (on‑site classes with a local university).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Louisville, KY for program assignments.
