What You’ll Do

Join a three-year Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) — an entry-level electrical engineering rotational program designed to develop broad technical and professional skills. As an EEDP participant with our confidential client you will complete at least three technical rotations, working on product design, testing, and manufacturing integration. Typical work includes PCB design and testing, implementation tasks, small project management, technical reporting, and presentations to leadership. The program includes mentorship and company-paid, on-site Master's coursework tailored to the program.

  • A three-year entry-level rotational program with at least three technical assignments
  • Engineering roles across product areas (refrigeration, cooking, dishwashers, HVAC, washers & dryers)
  • Design, test, and implement electrical systems and PCB layouts
  • Work closely with manufacturing and product management to meet customer needs
  • Produce formal technical reports and present results to senior leadership
  • Participate in advanced engineering coursework and mentorship; company-paid Master’s degree required by the program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0)
  • Authorized to work in the United States (employer will verify eligibility)
  • Comfortable reading electrical schematics and using hands-on electronic tools (soldering iron, multimeter)
  • Two or more co-op or internship experiences prior to graduation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Location & Work Arrangement

Positions are located in Strathmoor Manor, KY. The confidential client is a trust-based organization and supports flexible work arrangements where appropriate. Specific schedule and on-site requirements will be set based on assignment needs and program structure.
