Program overview

Confidential Client’s Edge Program is a 3-rotation, early-career development program inside Technology & Digital Services (TGS). This rotational program gives entry-level associates hands-on experience across Information Technology, Business Process, Shared Services and EPMO. You’ll work on meaningful business problems, receive mentoring from senior leaders, and gain a clear pathway to post-program placement across technical and business teams.


What you’ll do

  • Participate in three 12-month rotations across TGS functional areas, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions.
  • Support business process improvement, systems implementations, or operational analytics depending on rotation.
  • Use and expand technical skills while learning organizational processes and governance.
  • Engage with program advisers and leadership for career planning and professional development.
  • Contribute to Edge Program committees to shape program improvements.

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently enrolled bachelor’s degree student with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Majors encouraged: Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, or other business & technology-related fields.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in IT or a related area preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency, leadership potential, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and solid organization/time-management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and delivers results.
  • Willing to relocate as required for rotational assignments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction (Confidential Client is not able to sponsor visas for this role).

Program details & location

  • First-year associates will begin at the Global Corporate Headquarters in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role is on-site for year-one and is not remote.
  • Typical onsite expectation: minimum 4 days in-office per week for roles that require in-person collaboration (specific rotation requirements may vary).
  • Employment type: CONTRACT (rotational program structure).

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range: $95,600.00 - $153,000.00 USD (annual)
