Program Overview

The Edge Program is an entry-level, rotational development program within Technology & Digital Services (TGS) designed to accelerate early-career talent. Associates complete three one-year rotations across IT, business process, shared services and EPMO teams, working on technology-enabled business solutions that deliver measurable impact.


What You’ll Do

As an Edge Program Associate you will:

  • Participate in three one-year rotations across Technology & Digital Services functional teams.
  • Contribute to technology projects that drive business outcomes and operational improvements.
  • Learn TGS processes, tools, and best practices while delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and receive mentorship from experienced leaders.
  • Help shape program activities through committee participation and continuous improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Major in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related Business & Technology field.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, leadership potential, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and proven organizational/time-management abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work through ambiguity, take initiative, and deliver results.
  • Willingness to relocate as needed to support rotational assignments.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Location & Logistics

  • Primary work location: Franklin Lakes, NJ — first-year associates will start at the client’s Global Corporate Headquarters.
  • This is an on-site position (not remote); typical in-office expectation is a minimum of four days per week, depending on role requirements.
  • Relocation for future rotations may be required; candidates must be willing to relocate when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $95,600 - $153,000 USD annually (range provided by our client; exact offer depends on skills, experience, and location).
