Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring for an early-career EDGE Information Technology Rotator based in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time, hybrid rotational program (four 6-month rotations) is designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates who want hands-on experience across core IT disciplines — from data and AI to security, cloud, and application development.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s EDGE IT Rotational Program gives you structured, on-the-job learning across multiple IT domains. Typical responsibilities include:

• Complete four six-month, full-time rotations across technology and analytics tracks.
• Execute project assignments to build product, process and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in design, development, testing and deployment activities as assigned.
• Apply foundational AI/ML concepts and enterprise-approved AI tools to increase productivity and automation.
• Support secure engineering and follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge transfer at rotation end.

Minimum qualifications (The Essentials)

• Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the program start (~June/July 2027).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; Confidential Client will not sponsor employment visas.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field (expected Dec 2026 or Spring 2027 preferred).
• Internship, co-op, or other professional experience in a business/IT setting.
• Passion for technology, process improvement, and innovation.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, data inputs, and process flows.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts (ML, NLP, generative/agentic AI) and their applications in IT.
• Experience or willingness to use enterprise-approved AI tools/platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf) responsibly.
• Awareness of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations related to AI.
• Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning as technology evolves.

Work model & schedule

• Hybrid: the role is based in Milwaukee, WI with expectations to work on-site regularly (Confidential Client’s hybrid policy typically expects on-site presence multiple days per week). Specific on-site schedule will be outlined by the hiring manager.

Compensation

• Estimated annual compensation (posted): $101,661 per year (estimated). Actual pay will depend on role level and experience.
