What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Early Career Talent Partner to own early-career and campus recruiting for the Trading organization. You will drive sourcing, pipeline development, and employer branding to attract quantitative and trading-adjacent talent.

  • Execute the early-career recruitment strategy for the Trading department, including undergraduate and graduate recruitment cycles
  • Represent Confidential Client at collegiate trading competitions, poker tournaments, and industry networking events as primary sourcing and brand channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus trading groups, investment clubs, quant/finance student organizations, faculty, program directors, and alumni networks
  • Manage full-cycle campus recruiting for trading roles: screening, interview coordination, Super Day facilitation, and offer stage in partnership with People Operations for onboarding
  • Partner with Trading hiring managers to translate evolving skill and market needs (quantitative reasoning, probability, market intuition) into sourcing and evaluation criteria
  • Present internship programs and early-career development paths during campus visits and virtual events
  • Analyze engagement efforts and partnerships to measure ROI and refine strategy; test and scale new engagement ideas
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience that aligns with Confidential Client’s values and recruiting standards
  • Identify opportunities to systematize, automate, and improve recruiting processes using data and analytics

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on interns, entry-level and early-career hires in fintech, financial services, or professional services
  • Proven success recruiting at multiple universities in competitive markets, preferably for quantitative trading, prop trading, or finance roles
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting: resume review, phone screens, interview facilitation, offer calls
  • Comfort engaging with quantitative and markets-adjacent concepts (probability, statistics, game theory) to speak credibly with trading competition organizers, faculty, and student groups
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed during peak campus recruiting seasons (fall and spring) and to attend competitions and conferences
  • Track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving results with urgency
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience coordinating both in-person and virtual recruiting events and presenting recruitment and market data
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Passion for candidate experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Eligible roles may receive discretionary bonuses
  • Access to a comprehensive benefits package (details provided by the client during interview/onboarding)

Additional Details

  • Employment type: Full-time or Contractor (as needed)
  • Work schedule: Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours; occasional nights and weekends may be required
  • Travel: Occasional travel for off-site events, conferences, and job fairs depending on role needs
  • Physical: Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds on occasion
