Your Impact

Confidential client is hiring an Early Career Structural Engineer (Buildings) to contribute to building design and restoration projects. You will work with project teams to apply structural engineering fundamentals, support design documentation, and learn digital design tools.

• Perform structural design for new buildings and restoration projects across the U.S.
• Analyze and design superstructures and foundations in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry
• Use BIM and digital design tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit) to produce models and construction documentation
• Assist with site inspections, research, and assessments to verify conditions and conformance with codes and permits
• Provide entry-level technical support on design requirements, safety, and operational strategies
• Produce accurate documentation: drawings, 2D/3D illustrations, and site logs
• Follow safety guidelines and site-specific procedures; complete assigned training
• Contribute responsibly to project budgets, resources, and ethical standards of the confidential client
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• 0–1 years of relevant post-education experience (internships or co-ops acceptable)
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with design/build processes and relevant codes, regulations, and compliance practices
• Competent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively within teams
• Experience with Building Information Modeling software such as Autodesk Revit
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work hours required by project schedules; occasional travel may be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduates (e.g., Spring 2027) from accredited Civil/Architectural/Structural programs
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred
• 0–3 years of internship experience in civil/architectural/structural engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (all U.S. locations): $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
• Confidential client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage; retirement savings; paid sick leave and vacation; parental leave; and paid time off for bereavement, voting, and naturalization proceedings.
• The posted salary range is provided in good faith and final pay may vary based on experience, location, and other lawful factors.
