What You’ll Do

This role supports day-to-day e-commerce and wholesale logistics across multiple distribution centers. The Logistics Assistant / Coordinator will ensure timely outbound shipments, maintain shipping documentation, and help streamline transportation and fulfillment processes.

• Coordinate daily outbound e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and B2B shipments across multiple warehouse locations
• Schedule parcel, LTL, FTL, and inter-warehouse transfer shipments while ensuring on-time delivery
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels) and transportation records
• Monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues, and communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment and inventory data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
• Analyze freight costs, investigate chargebacks and invoice discrepancies, and support claims resolution
• Help develop and document logistics SOPs and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and fulfillment accuracy
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with a blend of logistics knowledge, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This role is a great match for early-career logistics professionals or recent graduates looking to grow in e-commerce supply chain operations.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (1–3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems — experience with FedEx/UPS software is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle occasional overtime
• Effective verbal and written communication; comfortable collaborating across teams

• Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic analysis)
• Experience with freight invoice reconciliation and chargeback investigations

• Employment type: Temp-to-hire or Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Carson, CA (serving multiple warehouse/distribution locations)
• Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Shift: Standard daytime schedule; overtime as needed
