About the Role

Confidential Client seeks a detail-oriented, data-driven E‑Commerce Coordinator to support online retail operations for toy and children's consumer products. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn platform health, product visibility, and performance optimization across e-commerce channels. You will monitor listings, track reviews and metrics, assist with support cases, and help keep product catalogs buyable and merchant-ready.


What You’ll Do

Core responsibilities include:

  • Perform regular buyability checks to confirm products are live, in stock, and saleable across e-commerce platforms.
  • Pull and analyze reports to identify listing issues, suppressed items, or anomalies that affect conversion and availability.
  • Escalate recurring patterns or high-impact issues to senior team members and follow through on resolutions.
  • Track and summarize product reviews and ratings; surface trends and opportunities to improve product performance.
  • Open, track, and follow up on support cases with Amazon and other retailers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as shortage and price claim submissions, and support shipment/inventory creation where needed.
  • Support marketing and merchandising checks—verify pricing, images, and listing accuracy.
  • Learn and use e-commerce platforms, internal dashboards, and reporting tools; maintain documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ongoing team projects as assigned.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

  • Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; able to learn advanced functions quickly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional work and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Education & Experience

We’re looking for:

  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (internships count).
  • Associate’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of online merchandising and what makes a listing convert.
  • Experience working with or analyzing product data.
