What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level DRAM Yield & Quality Engineer to join a DRAM Product Architecture team in Boise, ID. You will monitor and improve server DRAM product health across the product lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams to drive yield, quality, and reliability improvements.

• Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify trends and support root-cause investigations.
• Support yield and quality initiatives across new product introduction (NPI), qualification, ramp, and volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams to execute product health objectives.
• Build and maintain automation, scripts, and reporting tools to increase engineering efficiency.
• Apply AI, agentic AI, and generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and decision-making.
• Communicate technical findings and recommended actions to engineering and operations stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Graduating within the last 12 months or up to 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Coursework, internships, research, or projects in semiconductor devices, yield analysis, quality engineering, testing, debugging, or manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a structured project environment.
• Experience creating scripts, automation tools, or AI-assisted solutions to improve engineering productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, research, or project experience directly involving DRAM technology, semiconductor manufacturing, or product engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor/memory failure mechanisms and basic failure analysis techniques.
• Experience working with manufacturing, test, or system-level validation data.
• Exposure to statistical analysis, data visualization, or yield improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, statistical process control).
• Demonstrated leadership in academic projects, internships, or student organizations.
