District HRPD Coordinator
The District HRPD Coordinator supports HRPD Craft Recruiters by providing administrative assistance, coordinating training programs, and contributing to district-level HRPD strategic initiatives. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and research skills to manage reporting, career management processes, and confidential information within a matrixed organizational environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HRPD craft recruiters, including calendar coordination, candidate communications, and file management.
- Participate in district HRPD strategic planning and support district-level projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with research, data collection and general administrative tasks to support HRPD operations.
- Support career management processes and HR systems administration.
- Maintain, prepare and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist with coordination and administration of training, facilitation plans and development programs.
- Provide implementation support to the Lead District HRPD Advisor and other HRPD leaders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Working toward an HR designation is a plus.
- Some co-op, internship or relevant administrative/HR experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of HRPD principles, practices, procedures and employment legislation.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a matrixed organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
