What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This is an entry-level role with training provided and clear career pathways.
- Assist and support individuals with daily routines and personal care.
- Support residents in developing daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene).
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain clean, safe living spaces.
- Implement clinical, educational, and vocational programs as directed.
- Observe, record, and report progress and data per Individual and Behavior Support Plans.
- Collaborate with team members to create a therapeutic environment and encourage community membership.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with behavior management preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to provide hands‑on personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read fluently.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (pay based on experience and MAP Certification).
- Now offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for hired full-time candidates ($750 on hire, $750 after 6 months).

Schedule & Location
- Worksite: Residential home — Tewksbury, MA.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Shifts primarily include second shift, overnights, and weekends.
