What You’ll Do

You will deliver one‑on‑one, play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for young children (approximately 18 months–8 years) under the supervision of clinical staff. Daily responsibilities include:

• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to teach new skills
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinic staff to support each child’s progress
• Participate in training and professional development activities

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree required — proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) will be required during hiring
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move safely with children
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset; ability to occasionally support other nearby clinics if coverage is needed

Preferred (not required):

• Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, camp counselor, tutor)
• Background in mental/behavioral health, paraprofessional roles, caregiver positions, or related degrees (Psychology, Child Development, Health Sciences)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule & Location

• Position type: Full‑time
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours; optional Saturdays based on patient needs)
• Worksite: Lakeville, MN (clinic location)
