Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a full-time, entry-level Direct Support Professional in Fort Collins, CO to provide play-based ABA therapy for young children. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (proof required) and includes paid training plus fully covered Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children (approximately 18 months–8 years)
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data
- Use play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities to teach skills
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
- Stay active and engaged during sessions
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and cover nearby clinics occasionally as needed
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required — official diploma or transcript must be provided before an offer is finalized
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Childcare, paraprofessional, behavioral health, or related experience and relevant degrees are a plus (but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay (based on education & prior ABA experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00–$25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00–$28.00 per hour
- First raise after earning RBT certification

Schedule & Location
