What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Digital Security Leader to serve as the trusted cybersecurity authority at a fulfillment site. In this hands-on role you will protect site operations, lead cyber incident response, maintain compliance for digital and OT systems, and partner with site leadership to drive digital projects and loss-reduction activities tied to the warehouse management environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily execution of cyber operations and monitoring for the site
• Serve as first point of contact for site cybersecurity incident response and initiate the response process
• Maintain and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related compliance systems (including WCS)
• Manage device and system compliance (endpoint protection, whitelisting, OS management)
• Maintain policy, standards, and documentation for site digital systems
• Lead digital projects in partnership with the Site Digital Leader to deliver local improvements
• Execute IT and OT asset management and governance for digital toolkits
• Promote and drive the cybersecurity culture and capability at the site
• Participate in Cybersecurity and Application Governance Communities of Practice to adopt and share best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field — OR 4+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety-critical systems and influence cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience or willingness to learn and master WMS and WCS platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and data analytics (SQL and Power BI)
• Solid database knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document processes and explain technical issues to leadership
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and escalate appropriately
• Ability to work onsite in Jackson, GA five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehousing or manufacturing process experience
• Formal coursework or practical experience in programming (MSSQL, PHP, C, C++, Python)
• Completion of Windows Server training, CCNA, or Linux administration training
• Experience with OT/IT convergence, inventory of assets, and governance frameworks

Location & Schedule

• Onsite at the fulfillment facility in Jackson, GA. This role requires being onsite five days per week.

Compensation & Other Details

• Salary range (provided by the client): $85,000 - $122,200 per year.
• Total rewards may include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits; exact compensation depends on experience, location, and qualifications.
