What You’ll Do

This is an operational finance / implementation role supporting Quote-to-Revenue projects. You will join a Confidential Client team focused on digital revenue operations and Zuora-based implementations. Day-to-day you will:

• Support Zuora Quote-to-Revenue implementation tasks across client projects
• Analyze client finance and revenue processes to identify configuration and automation needs
• Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue features
• Assist with revenue recognition automation workflows and system setup
• Prepare documentation for process flows, solution changes, and test outcomes
• Respond to client questions and help resolve system issues during deployments and support
• Gather information from users and stakeholders to translate business needs into platform requirements
• Apply digital tools and best practices to improve finance process efficiency and platform adoption

Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, revenue operations, ERP/CPQ, or implementation support
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn Zuora products and related revenue automation tooling

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Hands-on familiarity with Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue
• Experience implementing revenue recognition automation or working across order-to-cash processes
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and build commercial awareness
• Takes ownership, adapts quickly, and consistently delivers quality work

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws)
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
• Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (benefit specifics depend on the hiring organization)
