What You’ll Do

This role is for a Digital Product Owner focused on driving adoption, onboarding, and value realization for centrally developed data and digital products. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize work, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Set product vision and strategy across business units or technology domains to create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Brand, R&D, Finance, Sales) to foster innovation, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Communicate product progress and KPIs through roadmaps, metrics, leadership reviews, and monthly updates.
• Lead onboarding, communications, and adoption efforts for new features and releases at scale.
• Define and run experiments (MVPs) to validate or disprove concepts; embrace rapid learning and iteration.
• Create user-centric materials (personas, journeys, flows, mockups, documentation) to validate requirements and align diverse groups.
• Champion data quality and governance practices to ensure trusted insights.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement from product data and customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools (examples: Azure Databricks, Power BI) and an understanding of data governance principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile principles and product backlog concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Growth mindset and strong Agile mindset.
• Exposure to data stewardship or data governance programs.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Experience defining product KPIs, running experiments, and driving adoption programs.

Compensation & Job Details

• Starting pay / salary range: $85,000.00 - $122,200.00 per year (as listed by the client).
• Employment type: Full time
