Responsibilities

Confidential Client is seeking a hands-on Digital Product Manager to own low-code product delivery and lifecycle management. You will lead product strategy, build solutions in Airtable, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

  • Build in Airtable (hands-on): design and maintain bases, relational models, automations, interfaces, and portals to deliver end-to-end business simplification.
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog; align stakeholders and prioritize work to maximize business impact.
  • Define, track, and improve value KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and productivity/time-savings.
  • Create personas and design self-serve experiences for internal users and external partners (agencies/freelancers).
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve bugs and stability issues; drive fixes and maintain trust in the product.
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation for architecture, usage, and operational procedures.
  • Plan and execute migrations from legacy tools to corporate solutions; train and enable end-users for smooth adoption.
  • Design and manage integrations (APIs, Power Automate, webhooks) connecting Airtable to enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, InfoSec, privacy, and regulatory requirements; support application registration, risk assessments, and pentest processes.
  • Operate and govern the tools you build—manage adoption, data quality, and day-to-day operations consistent with governance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong aptitude in digital product management, customer success, or similar roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into product intent, disciplined scope, and fit-for-purpose analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and concurrent workstreams.
  • Familiarity with agile product development and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience designing and implementing digital solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to simplify processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in a Saint Bernard, OH-based office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Airtable power-builder: relational data modeling, automations, interfaces, portals, and API integrations.
  • Experience with relational database design and row-level security.
  • Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or DevOps Foundations.
  • Familiarity with integration tooling (Power Automate, REST APIs, webhooks) and interest applying automation to workflows.
  • Exposure to GenAI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, M365 Copilot) and practical ideas for applying AI to employee productivity.
  • Experience with Python, Markdown, GitHub, or developing/deploying business applications in production.
  • Experience supporting global platforms and regional adoption/Go-To-Market efforts.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time, entry-level to early-career product role (job segmentation: Entry Level).
  • Starting pay / salary range: $85,000.00 - $122,200.00 per year (range supplied by the client).
  • Total rewards may include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits per the client’s pay programs.

Location & Work Model

  • Hybrid work schedule required; role is based in Saint Bernard, OH (Cincinnati area). Candidates must be able to commute to and work from the local office on the hybrid schedule required by the client.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll own and grow real products used daily by business teams, not just manage a backlog. This role offers a rare mix of strategy and hands-on low-code delivery—ideal if you enjoy designing solutions, building products in Airtable (and similar platforms), and demonstrating measurable impact through adoption and efficiency gains.
