What You’ll Do

You’ll own day-to-day product operations and delivery across mobile app, web, and digital services for a global retail brand. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Spearhead development, releases, and QA for a best-in-class mobile app experience (content updates, version releases, bug triage).
  • Lead global localization and activation of digital tools and virtual services across AMER, EMEA, and SAPMENA markets.
  • Manage continuous website improvements: backlog prioritization, bug-fix pipeline, and scheduled rollouts.
  • Drive full lifecycle delivery from business requirements and UX wireframes through creative production, QA testing, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, engineering, external agencies, and global stakeholders to translate strategy into technical roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Analyze app, web, and service adoption metrics (Google Analytics or similar) and convert insights into roadmap priorities and UX improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Must-have qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital project/product management, digital marketing, or website/app operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
  • CMS and technical operations familiarity — experience with Sitecore and/or Amplience is preferred.
  • Experience logging, triaging, and tracking technical issues with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of website/app backends (APIs, feeds, system integrations, catalog architecture) — coding not required.
  • Proven delivery fluency across the product lifecycle: requirements → wireframes/UX → creative → QA → post-launch support.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or comparable measurement suites and the ability to turn analytics into action.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical complexity for brand marketers and leadership.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience supporting multi-market or localized global rollouts (AMER, EMEA, SAPMENA).
  • Exposure to digital merchandising, catalog management, or e‑commerce workflows.
  • Background or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or fashion sectors.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Employment type: Contract
  • Location: New York, NY (on-site or as specified by the client)
  • Pay range (per source): $44.00–$49.00 per hour
  • This role is posted on behalf of a confidential client in the Retail (Beauty & Personal Care; Online & Apparel) industry. Final offer and employment will be issued by the confidential client.
