What You’ll Do

You will be part of a cross-functional team delivering client-facing digital experiences across online and mobile platforms. Working closely with product, engineering, UX, and risk/compliance partners, you’ll help turn strategy into prioritized work and measurable outcomes.

  • Support the Fleet and Product Owner with definition and prioritization of the product roadmap, release planning, and development of clear business requirements
  • Identify and elaborate critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes aligned to the product vision
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to ensure accurate communication of requirements and rapid delivery of product releases
  • Work with stakeholders across business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, communications, legal & compliance to elicit and validate requirements
  • Prepare presentations, user demos, and regular status updates for stakeholders
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs, product adoption, and usage metrics; evangelize product adoption across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a software or digital product manager, business analyst, or equivalent experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to gather, synthesize, and translate complex information into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Proven self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a track record of solving critical problems and meeting stretch goals
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver client-friendly products and polished user experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience preparing demos and executive updates
