What You'll Own
This is a strategy-first Product Manager role focused on the core digital experience for our travel customers — from discovery and booking through pre-departure and the in-trip mobile experience.
- Own business outcomes, not feature lists: define success metrics before building and own the result with your cross-functional pod.
- Become the subject-matter expert for the brand’s customer journey and technology stack.
- Proactively find and scope opportunities that move key business metrics with clear tradeoffs.
- Use data and analytics (and AI-assisted workflows) to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Explore and adopt cutting-edge tooling (including AI) to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
What We're Looking For

- Business and brand depth
- You become a true expert in your product area and can demo features on the spot.

- Customer advocacy
- You represent the voice of an 18–35 traveler booking group travel via mobile.
- You gather signals through direct conversation and translate them into product outcomes.
- Strategic confidence & product intuition
- You form a point of view, back it with evidence, and present well-scoped options with tradeoffs.
- Technical fluency
- Comfortable making production code contributions and using AI for high-fidelity prototyping.
- Minimal dependency on engineering for early exploration.
- Agility
- Move from problem to production in days or weeks; iterate with A/B tests and rapid experiments.
- Influence & presence
- Build trust across stakeholders and present with clarity and conviction.
The Environment
You’ll sit in a combined Product, UX, and Engineering organization supporting the brand as your primary product area. Teams operate in small pods (one Product Manager, one UX Designer, two Engineers) with equal ownership — the expectation is to contribute directly, not coordinate from the sidelines.
This is a hybrid role based out of the Cambridge, MA office with a minimum of three days per week in-office.
