Role overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Site Digital Technology Leader to own site-level digital strategy and day-to-day IT operations at a manufacturing/distribution site in Shippensburg, PA. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary digital team, partner with shared-service IT lines, and deliver operational excellence, compliance, and measurable value through digital projects and infrastructure management.
What You’ll Do
- Drive all aspects of IT site operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Lead governance, operational excellence, and digital portfolio reviews with site leadership and stakeholders.
- Define and deliver the site digital master plan aligned to business priorities.
- Lead critical site and regional/global digital projects from planning through deployment.
- Anticipate future needs and communicate innovation opportunities to sector and service-line leadership.
- Manage the site IT budget and support prioritization of investments.
- Set and execute IT strategy for the site and contribute to broader service- and platform-level strategy.
- Coach and develop team members; participate in Leadership Strength Assessment and career planning.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in IT operations (incident/change/problem management) in a live environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems: hardware, servers, PCs, networking, and enterprise software.
- Knowledge of IT compliance, governance, and integrated risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver small–medium projects on time and with cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with multifunctional site teams.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Shippensburg, PA.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure (network, voice, servers, endpoints) and site operations.
- Experience leading projects and driving operational change.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity practices.
- Certifications such as CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or PMP.
- Programming or scripting experience (Python, SQL, C/C++, C#, or similar) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $85,000 – $122,200 per year (range provided by Confidential Client and may vary by experience, location, and role-specific factors).
- Total rewards typically include base salary, potential bonus (if applicable), and benefits. Specific compensation details will be shared during the hiring process.
